The Moshi Interactive Voice Responsive Alarm Clock is the first fully functional voice responsive alarm clock that can set both time and alarm by voice. This clock is perfect for anyone looking for a more convenient, easily manageable alarm clock. Twelve voice-activated commands will prompt the clock to provide you with the information or ambience you desire. Users can ask for the time when the clock face is not visible, set or turn off the without moving from the comfort of bed, or learn the current temperature while standing at the closet considering what to wear. The Moshi IVR Alarm Clock is a timesaver for any busy lifestyle.
Initiate commands by saying "Hello, Moshi" and clock will respond, "Command please." Reply with any one of twelve commands, and the clock will carry out instructions.
Voice Activated Commands


  • "Time" - tells you the current time
  • "Set time" - set time by voice
  • "Alarm" - tells you time alarm is set
  • "Set Alarm" - set alarm by voice
  • "Alarm sound" - choose 1 of 3 available alarms
  • "Turn off the alarm" - turns off alarm; gives current time, date, & temperature
  • "Sleep sound" - choose 1 of 3 available sleep sounds
  • "Play sleep sound" - plays 5 minutes of sleep sound (3 minutes for Travel size)
  • "Today’s Date"- tells you today’s date
  • "Temperature" - tells you current temperature
  • "Night light" - turns night light on or off
  • "Help" - offers a help menu of assistance

      My 6 year old son wanted this clock after seeing it at the mall. It's a lot of fun for the kids. The technology is not 100% perfect yet because it doesn't always get the command correct. And sometimes it responds to other noises in the house. But it's a decent buy and fun to play around with.

      Excelent idea, but very little thought put into
      all aspects of an alarm clock that is total user
      friendly functionality - basic features are too restricted, total room silence is a must
      if not MOSHI WILL NOT RESPOND OR GIVE THE WRONG RESULTS!
      I find myself yelling at a clock ( LOL) to get itnto do what I want. They could have done a better job for the price. I'm annoying
      my neighbors - I have no choice but to return it way too
      loud for apt use.

      Moshi is a very well designed clock that looks great and works well. This clock is a bit too big/fragile for travel, but work great on the bedside table. The voice recognition work very reliably - especially for a clock! The features are all very well considered for users with vision impariments. My only frustrations are the absence of a volume control (Moshi speaks very clearly and projects her voice!) and the absence of a traditional nightlight feature. The current nightlight feature cycles through a rainbow of colors and is not suitable for all-night use. Unless you ask Moshi to announce the time (something not popular with my wife at 2AM), there is not a good way to simply illuminate the display so as to "see" the time in the middle of the night. I've resorted to keeping a small flashlight handy for those occassional restless nights. Everything else is spot-on!
