    I was looking for a little backup clock to keep on the nightstand. It needed to have clean lines, and it needed to NOT be digital. I like the look of an analog clock face. It also needed to have a snooze feature. I found it all in this Seiko model. The blue dial light that is activated by using the snooze button is just a pleasing extra I don't really need. It runs silently and the alarm sound is wonderful to wake up to. If I need it for travel, it is light, folds closed securely and compactly, and it will pack easily. It is cleverly designed.

    If you have large hands, it may be more difficult to manage the setting controls than it was for me. The color shown online is closer to champagne than silver, which is a little misleading. Delivery added substantially to the price, but it took a lot of searching. I'm trusting on Seiko's reliability to keep me happy with my purchase.

        This alarm will be used during our travels. It stores easily when folded up. It is is easy to set the time and the alarm. Not so noisy alarm either, as we do not need a lot of noise to get us awake.
