Description

The 18-inch diameter Chaney Atomix Wall Clock shows well on any wall. A black metal case with aged finish will make an attractive complement to any indoor or outdoor setting. The clock face features large black Arabic numbers that are easy to read, as well as a temperature dial ranging from -40 to 120 degrees F. The Atomix radio controlled technology keeps perfect time down to the exact second. Plus, you'll save a little time because it automatically adjusts for Daylight Savings Time, too.

Although we live in Northern Virginia, we basically live in our screened-in porch nine months out of the year, with neighbors often dropping in for idle chatter, drinks and/or dinner. We received this clock as a gift two years ago and is hung on a wall on our porch. It maintains 100% accuracy, is always in full view for our friends to know the time, without always asking or looking at their watches, and it has added a tasteful style to our porch. I just purchased two, one for family, one for friends, and I rest assured knowing these clocks will be one of their favorite gifts of all time, as it is ours. Thank you so much for offering such a wonderful item!

This is basically an expensive battery-operated clock.

Do not count on the radio-activated time update -- it does NOT work. No matter where I attempted to receive a signal, the clock NEVER adjusted the time to the correct time, as the instruction booklet stated it would.

I purchased this to hang on a high wall on my patio which is an inconvenient place to adjust the time for Daylight Savings Time. I thought the radio-activated time update feature would be handy, so I wouldn't have to climb a ladder to adjust the time. So, the clock does not serve it's purpose for me.

It's basically a "Made in China" cheap battery-operated clock that is priced to be much more.

    The first clock worked fine, but the thermometer did not work. A second clock was ordered, and neither the clock nor the thermometer worked on that one. Very disappointing. I would not order another one.

        I was very excited when this clock came in, it's very attractive,BIG numbers that we could see from all angles of our deck & big backyard. It just doesn't keep the time correct and we've recently noticed the temperature isn't either!! Very disappointed, which is the reason I checked decorative because basically that's all it's good for. We are CONSTANTLY having to take it down and correct the time only to have to do again in a few days. We've changed the battery too so it's not that! I've NEVER spent this much on a clock so I'm just letting you know that apparently outdoors it doesn't function well.
