The corners are antique golden brown with a complementing moon arch, while the spade hands are finished in black. The rotating moon disk features artwork (The Hunter's Return - 1845 and Home in the Woods - 1847) by American Hudson River School artist, Thomas Cole.
The brushed-nickel grid pendulum includes a wood insert that is finished in Worn Black and coordinates with the brushed-nickel weight shells. An interior lamp illuminates the dial for viewing in a darkened room. The pendulum and weights are accentuated with the glow from the lamp.
