I received this cuckoo clock as a gift. When I put it up the little hand just wobbled. The next day I called Hayneeedle and I must say I have NEVER had such wonderful service. They told me to pack it back up and return it and they would e-mail me a shipping label.I received the replacement clock before they received the return. I bought this as a Christmas present for my mother. She a had one that looked almost the same that was broke while moving. This cuckoo clock is so beautiful. The design is so unique. My mom loves it. The only problem is it falls behind on time a minute or two sometimes. You just have to adjust it again. Otherwise very happy with it.

My husband has always wanted a Cuckoo clock, so after 24 years, finally was able to surprise him with this one. It is very attractive and he loves it, but we have had a few problems with it sticking and will be contacting Hayneedle about that.

My wife had to have this particular clock because it is an exact replica of the one her deceased grandfather had. She is pleased as can be with it. It runs several minutes slow per week, but other than that it is a nice product.
