I love the clock. I have ordered it three times now because the first two times it came with the gear case totally broken with loose gears in the unopened box and bent hands.

I am waiting for my third clock. I hope they packed it better because I realy want it hanging on my kitchen wall.

Service has been excellent as far as sending replacement clocks. Very efficient and speedy.

the hour and muinute hands were all bent up whe we received it, inspite of the box being in perfect condition--shows that it was defective when put in the box. I unbent the hands as best i could as the clock was inoperable with them being bent. I put in a battery and the clock does not keep accurate time. I will be returning it. I had one of these clocks that ran perfectly for years and was replacing it. I will be requesting that the company ships a new one to me at no cost and pays any return costs! very disappointing.

I actually saw this very same clock in a pizzeria recently and decided I needed to have one for myself! I thought it would be hard to find, so I was pleasantly surprised when I found it here and for such a good price!

product arrived in terrible condition, broken and damaged, twice! first i got it and it was broken and damaged so they put a note in to package it better and send me a new one, only to have the same thing happen again. waste of time

I could hear things moving around in the outside box before opening it. The clock was in another box, with clear plastic taped on top. I could see
what looked like pieces from the battery compartment. Also on one side of the front it was mashed in. I believe this was damaged in delivery. I think the ups guys are in a hurry and are rough with the packages. I really liked the cute clock. I called customer service and they credited my account. I offered to send the clock back at my expense, but she said, no don't waste your money, just toss it. She was very nice and polite. I felt bad about the situation, I didn't mind sending it back. I plan to reorder after the holidays, and hope it won't be broken.
